Hi! I’m Jewels, owner of Body Power By Jewels, and I’m here to show you that no matter where you’re starting, your fitness journey is possible. Back in February 2021, I was 256 lbs and knew next to nothing about strength training or proper nutrition. I didn’t have a coach or a fancy plan—I just started taking small, consistent steps to learn and grow. Through trial, error, and determination, I figured out how to build strength, fuel my body with the right foods, and create a sustainable routine that worked for me. Those “baby steps” completely transformed my health and my confidence. Now, I want to be the resource I didn’t have. I’m passionate about helping others—whether you’re new to fitness, nervous about where to start, or just need someone to guide you through the basics. My mission is to break it all down into simple, manageable steps so you can feel strong, energized, and confident in your body. If I could do it, so can you.
