1. General Agreement

• All clients must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to participate.
• By joining, you acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in the fitness and nutrition programs.

2. Health Disclaimer

• You are responsible for consulting with a healthcare provider before beginning any fitness or nutrition program to ensure you are physically fit and capable of participating.
• The information provided through Body Power by Jewels is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payment for all programs must be made in advance through the FitBudd platform.
• All payments are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in the case of medical emergencies, at the discretion of Body Power by Jewels.
• If you cancel or fail to complete a program, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit.

4. Program Commitment and Results

• Your progress depends on your consistency, effort, and adherence to the program guidelines. Results are not guaranteed, as individual outcomes vary.
• You are expected to follow the plans provided, including workouts and nutrition, to the best of your ability.

5. Cancellation Policy

• If you need to reschedule a one-on-one session, 24-hour notice is required. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
• Group programs cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

6. Confidentiality

• All personal information shared with Body Power by Jewels will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of creating personalized plans and providing support.

7. Liability Waiver

• By participating in Body Power by Jewels programs, you release and hold harmless the business, its owner, and any affiliates from all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation.
• You acknowledge that fitness activities carry inherent risks and agree to assume all responsibility for your health and safety.

8. Intellectual Property

• All workout plans, meal plans, and other materials provided by Body Power by Jewels are for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce these materials without explicit permission.

9. Modifications to Terms

• Body Power by Jewels reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes in advance, and continued participation indicates agreement to the updated terms.
